St Andrews Trainning Course

Having a designated fire warden at work is an important part of fire safety. The fire warden works together with the employer to ensure that fire safety measures and evacuation procedures are in place and effective.

Barry and Gheorghe carried out a full day firemarshall course which provided them with the necessary training required to be a qualified fire warden. It educated them about the legal duties, a full understanding of fire, familiarised both employees with fire hazards and fire safety arrangements, and detailed what emergency evacuation procedures should entail.

This course enabled Barry and Gheorghe to take full responsibility for fire safety in Gems Engineering workplace and protect everyone’s wellbeing.

Both employees passed the course and were awarded certificates.
