All gearboxes overhauled have new bearings and seals fitted as standard, that’s why we have always offered a 1 year warranty with all our repairs as standard.
We repair overhaul and supply S.E.W., Euro Drive, Flender and Bonfigrioli gear boxes and motors plus many other leading manufactures. All our overhauled units come with the Gems Engineering comprehensive 12 months warranty. Another Gem of a service from Gems Engineering. We are conveyor chain and sprocket specialists and can identify and supply most types.
We can also supply helical, spur, worm wheel and worm shaft gears along with other various types. All gears are made to drawing or from a sample and our aim is to provide a 1st class quality job. We also supply various standard transmissions parts and sprockets from stock along with conveyor chains.
